INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTATION IN THE POSTER SESSION

Posters will be on display Wednesday, June 28 through Friday, June 30. Specific time during the Plenary Session has been designated for Poster Rounds. Authors are asked to be at their respective posters for discussion and questions on Thursday, June 29 from 4:30 pm until 6:00 pm. Posters will be judged for presentation quality. First authors of the top two Posters will receive a financial award.

Posters should be made to fit an 8’ wide x 4’ high display board and may be set up beginning the afternoon of Tuesday, June 27th. Please have your Poster in place no later than 7:00 am on Wednesday, June 28th. Posters must be removed by noon on Saturday, July 1st. Please note: any posters not removed by this time will be discarded.

You are invited to submit a manuscript of your work for consideration for publication in the official Journal of the ASBS, Surgery for Obesity and Related Diseases. All manuscripts must be submitted through the Journal’s Web page at www.ees.elsevier.com/soard/ where the guidelines for authors may be found. You may submit your manuscript prior to the meeting to expedite its review.
